Argentina will play, in what will be the last friendly before the World Cup, on November 16 in the United Arab Emirates. Rodolfo Aruabarena, currently the coach of the United Arab Emirates national team, confirmed this himself. Here is what he had to say while speaking in an interview with D Sports Radio:
“They confirmed a week ago. November 16 will be in Abu Dhabi. We hope that the group of players can make the most of this opportunity and help Argentina reach the cup in the best possible condition.”

Zayed Sports City Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium located in Zayed Sports City, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The largest stadium in the UAE with 45,000 seats, it has an iconic status and was featured on the AED 200 note. The stadium was opened. Built in 1979 and renovated in 2009, many facilities and amenities have been upgraded to ensure that it complies with international standards and can be used for a wide range of events.
The stadium also hosted the 1996 AFC Asian Cup final, where the United Arab Emirates lost to Saudi Arabia in a penalty shoot-out. The stadium hosted the 2003 FIFA World Youth Championship and the 18th Arabian Gulf Cup. The 2009 and 2010 FIFA Club World Cup semi-finals and finals were also held at the stadium. The stadium again hosted the Club World Cup in 2017 and 2018. It also hosted the 2019 AFC Asian Cup. It staged the opening and final matches.
